Information we collect

We collect the account details you provide, including your name and email address. If you complete the member onboarding, we also store your selected goals and simple self-reported wellbeing scores so the service can show your starting point and measure changes over time.

How we use it

We use this information to operate your membership, personalise your experience, protect your account, and improve member features. Onboarding responses are not labelled as medical records and are not used to infer a diagnosis.

Marketing choices

Marketing consent is optional and stored separately with the time it was given. You can withdraw that consent by contacting us.

Sharing and security

Private member information is only accessed through authenticated, server-side services. We do not put private onboarding answers into analytics events. Service providers may process limited information where needed to host and secure the website.

Your choices

You can review and update your profile and onboarding answers from your member account. You can also request permanent account deletion from your Profile page.
